What is Akers Enterprises?

Akers Enterprises is an Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) built by advisors, for advisors. We provide full-street annuity and IUL contracts, along with a done-for-you marketing and follow-up system designed to help advisors generate qualified appointments through education-based marketing.


How is Akers Enterprises different from other IMOs?

Most IMOs provide contracts and little else.

We provide the contracts and the complete marketing infrastructure behind them—including funnels, webinars, CRM configuration, automations, and ongoing optimization—all managed in-house. There are no outsourced agencies, no lead vendors, and no inflated marketing fees.

Advisors also receive back-office support for case design, planning, training, and ongoing mentorship.


Is there a setup fee?

No.
There is no setup fee to get started.

We build and deploy the system upfront because our model is based on long-term partnership and shared growth—not selling marketing services.


Is there a monthly fee?

No.
There are no monthly management fees.

As long as you place your annuity and IUL business under our IMO, there are no ongoing platform or management costs.


Do I have to move my contracts to use the marketing system?

Yes.
Limited exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our marketing system is exclusively available to advisors who join our IMO and place their annuity and IUL business under us. This ensures alignment, consistency, and the level of support required to manage everything properly.


How does your marketing system work?

We build and manage the full marketing and follow-up infrastructure—funnels, CRM setup, automations, reminders, and appointment workflows.

You focus on meeting with prospects and serving clients.
We handle the technology, systems, and ongoing optimization behind the scenes.


How much should I plan to spend on advertising?

Most advisors invest between $1,000 and $2,000 per month in ad spend.

We recommend a minimum of $1,000 per month to generate enough activity for the system to perform consistently. You control your budget and fund ad spend based on your needs each month.


Do I pay for ad spend separately?

Yes.
You maintain full control over your advertising budget and fund it. We do not mark up or resell ad spend.


Do you take a cut of my commissions?

No.
Advisors receive full-street contracts and earn 100% of their commissions.


How do you make money if there are no marketing fees?

We’re an IMO.

Our revenue comes from standard carrier overrides on business you write—not from setup fees, monthly fees, or selling marketing services.


Will I have help getting started?

Yes.
You’ll receive structured onboarding and ongoing support as your system is launched and refined.


Who manages my campaigns and systems?

Everything is managed by our in-house team—the same team responsible for building, running, and optimizing systems for multiple active producers.


Is this compliant with advertising and carrier guidelines?

Yes.
All funnels, messaging, ads, and automations are structured with financial-services compliance in mind, including A2P requirements, Meta and YouTube policies, and general carrier guidelines. Final responsibility for approvals always remains with the advisor.
